What to Expect

1

We Meet

I like to meet all of my couples, and I have never taken a booking without at least a phone call. That’s as much for me as it is for you, I want to make sure that you’re booking the right photographer for you.

Your wedding day is important, and getting to know you and your story is so important to be able to capture it.

On the call we’ll chat about your plans for your day, and we’ll put together a quote that works for you.

We’ll talk in the meantime, and I will be there at every step to help with your timeline and planning, your shot list, and scouting locations.

2

Booking

If you’re happy with the quote we put together on the call, there’s an option to accept at the bottom of my quotes, and you’ll have your contract and deposit payment options right there for you.

My deposits are always the same, a £250 deposit secures your date.

Once that little trifecta is out of the way, you’re set, you can cross find a photographer off your wedding to do list.

3

On the day

Depending on the package you booked, I’ll be there when we agreed, or typically with hair and make up. I’ll be straight into capturing details, and making sure we don’t miss anything.

I’ll be there to guide you through all your photography, and help with anything you might need. From posing, to lighting, having spots planned out.

4

After the wedding

he day might be over, but the excitement is not. Every wedding comes with a sneak preview, so you can relive your day as soon as possible. From there galleries are typically delivered within 8 weeks.

Your gallery will be available online to view and share and download. This can be viewed by all of your guests and shared however you would like it to be. All the images are yours, there are no hidden watermarks or fees.

If you’ve ordered your albums and prints, amazing, we’ll meet to design those soon. If you haven’t it’s not too late.

Having something tangible of your wedding that you can see on your wall is something truly special, and that I encourage all my couples to do. You’ll be reliving happy memories on the daily!

You have options to build out your photography, and it’s something that we’ll discuss on that first call to see what works best for you. We can look at packages that have everything you need, or my personal preference, we can build something out perfectly around you a la carte. All that pricing is in the brochure I just mentioned. You can see a couple of examples below.

Much like an actual caramel latte, this is pretty fully loaded and ready to go. If you’re looking for a little bit of everything, this package might be for you.

This includes all day coverage, up to 14 hours of photography to capture every moment, I’ll bring a second photographer too so there won’t be anything missed, you’ll get second angles of some things too! Before your wedding we’ll get to go out and capture some beautiful engagement photos you can display in your home, your wedding, maybe you could even use them for your save the dates! And the cherry on top, or the caramel drizzle maybe more like - you’ll also recieve a book case sized album for the whole story of your day from start to finish, and multiple prints to relive the highlights and spread around your home.

Now this is my favourite coffee, or at least it’s my go to daily coffee. It’s everything you need (for me that’s caffiene) with nothing you don’t.

This includes all day photography, up to 14 hours of coverage to make sure we capture your whole story and every event that goes on. We’ll have plenty of time for first looks, portraits, group shots, and all the candids in between. Before your big day we’ll capture beautiful portraits of you both to show more of your love story. And after your wedding, you get the perfect highlight size coffee table album. It has space to show your full story without being so big it’s in the way!

This is where my wedding photography starts, we can have just photography, as pure as it gets. No toys, no frills, no extras, and we can build out from there.

Ceremony only coverage is a time photography of 4 hours. If you’re having a more compact celebration this could be perfect. There’s still time for a full ceremony, group shots, and couples portraits - the most important part let’s be honest.
